The long and short of it is, Town of Smithtown
has been granted $1000 to hire an expert witness, so that they can make an "informed
decision."  Town supervisor Patrick Vecchio declared that the BZA should have rejected the application at the hearing. What a dope. Too late, Pat!!!! |
